Clinician Burnout is an Official Medical Diagnosis!

Long before the pandemic, clinician burnout was a public health epidemic — one that had been building for years as many providers ignored the symptoms while health care systems chose not to focus on the problem altogether. COVID-19 has placed an even greater strain on all clinicians, and the time to reflect and focus on these issues is now.

  • Burnout

The pandemic has put added stress on all healthcare workers and provider burnout are reaching an all time high. This is especially true for clinicians working in urgent cares and emergency rooms. Learn from Dr. Glen Harnett, former CMO of American Family Cares, the largest Urgent Care Chain in the country, on ways to cope with this unspoken issue.
